The Owner

I’m Katelyn Blankenburg, a board certified music therapist serving the Houston area. I am a neurologic music therapist (NMT) as well as pursuing my masters in music therapy from Loyola University. I am a person centered therapist. I have experience supervising students from multiple universities as well as have an active music therapy internship. I truly care about my patients’ well-being and guarantee top of the line treatment. Each plan is individually tailored to your needs. I'm passionate about music therapy and I am passionate about people! 

 

I went to Sam Houston State University, where I majored in music therapy and minored in psychology. I interned at TIRR Memorial Hermann, The Woodlands. I currently see clients ranging in age and diagnosis in Cypress, Tomball, Spring, Magnolia, The Woodlands, Conroe, Humble, Bellaire,  Katy, Rosenburg, Sugarland, Missouri City and more!

I currently work in person, in schools in Magnolia ISD, provide IEEs, as well as supervise practicum students at SHSU.
